Eddie, as he's known to most people has had a life-long passion for food. He loves being creative with his cooking, and is always looking for something new to delight his customers with. Eddie loves a good laugh and always has a smile on his face, especially when the mighty Huddersfield Town have won. He also fancies himself as a bit of a boxer.

Sam Lees

Sam partnered with Eddie over 15 years ago, and has strengthened the output of Edward's Catering Services. Sam is fanatical about food, and is at home cooking for a small gathering, a sporting event, or a large function of 300 people. Sam is also a big fan of the terriers.
